What's NewRamaker & Associates' Designs Earn Top Projects of 2007 AwardsFebruary 2008: On April 29, 2008, two of Ramaker & Associates' projects will receive acknowledgement as Top Projects of 2007 by the Daily Reporter and the Wisconsin Builder. The projects are Poseidon's Rage at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin and the University Club Tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Baraboo City Council approves luxury apartment complexFebruary 2008: The Baraboo City Council recently approved the new luxury apartment development, Stratford Place, to be built on the southern edge of Baraboo. Kaiser Promoted to Director of Building Design Services
February 2008: Ramaker & Associates, Inc. congratulates
James Kaiser on his promotion to Director of the Building Design Services team, a newly formed department within the company.
His extensive knowledge of building planning, procedures and codes makes him a very valuable asset to any building design
project.
James' areas of expertise include architectural design, specification writing, building code review and building construction administration. He will be actively participating in all aspects of the development process from the initial concept to project completion. James received his degree as an Architectural Technician from Madison Area Technical College - Madison, Wisconsin. While under James’ direction, the Ramaker & Associates Building Design Services team was awarded a Wisconsin Builders Association’s 2007 Remodelers Award for the remodeling design of the All Stop Plaza in Lodi, Wisconsin. Buss Promoted to Director of Business Development

Aquatics team. Her sound understanding of the aquatic design industry allows her to coordinate marketing and business
development efforts for all new projects. She will be actively participating in all aspects of the development process
from the initial concept to project completion.
