Ramaker Aquatic Leaders Speak at World Waterpark Association Conference

(Sauk City, Wisconsin) Three members of the prominent aquatics team at Ramaker & Associates, Inc. addressed attendees at the World Waterpark Development & Expansion Workshop on October 23, 2007. They presented information on Mid-scale Hotels with Indoor Waterparks. The workshop was held in conjunction with the association’s 27th Annual Symposium & Trade Show in Palm Springs, California.

Speaking were: Ronald Paul, Director of Design & Construction Services, and Daryl Matzke, PE, and Duane Wepking, PE, both senior project managers.

These three professionals have extensive experience designing and building indoor and outdoor waterparks of all sizes. The specifically spoke to approximately 100 attendees about hotel waterparks in the mid-size range, which is considered to be 30-50,000 square feet. They also spoke about the direction that Holiday Inn is taking in their refurbishment of the Holidome® concept and the addition of indoor waterparks at some of their hotel locations.
