Cranberry Lake Village

Cranberry Lake Village consists of a vast residential subdivision among the 100 year-old pine trees, with both permanent and vacation homes. The Lillypad outdoor waterpark is near these accommodations. It includes two waterslides, activity pool, kiddie pool with a frog slide and mushroom, game room, snack bar, swimming beach, swan paddle boat rentals and the largest hybrid skatepark in the state of Wisconsin.


Manchester Place Senior Housing Development
Portage, Wisconsin

RAMAKER provided design services for this three story, 31,000 square foot, 74-unit senior housing development. This project included ADA accessibility, balcony design, entry canopy, sanitary and HVAC design, site grading and parking lot design, lighting, landscaping, retro-fitted trash chute, and beauty salon design. The parking lot lighting plan was designed to direct all lighting away from public streets and not to exceed three foot candles at the property line.

RAMAKER's services included a geotechnical study; site, lighting, and parking lot design; all necessary detailing, schedules, and specifications for construction purposes; and submittal of final building and site plans and all necessary calculations to the Wisconsin Department of Commerce for review and approval.


Ny-Um-Ba Condominiums - Kalahari Resort
Lake Delton, Wisconsin

RAMAKER assisted with the over three acre expansion to the existing Ny-Um-Ba condominiums. This project consisted of the design of site improvements (grading, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, road extension and street lighting). There were limitations of space and elevations, which made typical detention areas impractical. The approach used to address the additional runoff generated by these improvements was the design and installation of bioretention areas. Two infiltration basins were designed to process all runoff generated in these areas.


Tuscan Ridge Condominiums
DeForest, Wisconsin

This over ten acre condominium development was laid out to create a "community within a community," encouraging interaction between its residents. The Tuscan Ridge Condominiums border the Yahara River and its unspoiled wetland areas. RAMAKER's civil team created a planned-unit development that could maximize the available space without disrupting the surrounding wetland areas. The development includes 15 two-unit condominium buildings and required storm sewer, stormwater detention ponds, parkland, bike paths, street, sanitary sewer and water main construction.
