Like engineering, surveying has been a large portion of the services provided by Ramaker, since we opened our doors in 1992. Almost all civil engineering projects require land surveying in the planning phase, as well as the construction phase of the project. However, some of our clients are not involved in large civil engineering projects. There are landowners, who want to know where their property limits are, potential homeowners who want to subdivide land from a larger parcel, homeowners who need flood insurance rating information for insurance purposes, builders who need lots staked or houses laid out prior to construction, contractors who need sewers, water lines, and roadways laid out prior to their construction, and many others.
