Joe is a Licensed Architect and Architectural Service Group Leader here at Ramaker. With over 10 years of design experience stretching from multifamily housing, senior living and community-based work, to entertainment, hospitality, municipal and government work, Joe is very encouraging of client participation. Joe moved to the Midwest from Philadelphia, PA in late 2016, and brings an ‘East-Coast’ eye to design discussions and highly encourages client participation throughout the entire design process. His abilities range from initial, pre-programming stages through the entirety of the design and construction administration processes.

Starting out as an intern with our Land Surveying crew, Eric has been with Ramaker full time for over 9 years and evolved into the role of Service Group Leader.  This role allows Eric the opportunity to deliver guidance and leadership for the team’s project managers and designers in our Aquatics, Civil, & Surveying (ACS) department. Eric is responsible for coordinating with the team members in delivering exceptional service to our clients, and offering insight on the design, drafting, and calculation reports generated by the ACS team. His experience in aquatic engineering, land development, water resources and client management has led to the successful completion of a variety of projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.

In addition to overall leadership for the team, his technical expertise allows the ACS group to complete projects in an efficient and timely manner. Eric’s design experience includes pool basin design, equipment room layouts, site grading, stormwater systems, utility extensions, and erosion control plans among other items. Eric’s abilities allow him to be effective at working with clients and technical teams as he is familiar with all aspects of development projects.

Becky brings 20 years of Human Resources experience to the Ramaker team. As our Human Resources Leader, Becky partners with leaders to develop the people strategies of the company. These strategies support the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, total rewards, and compliance. In addition to the “everyday” human resources work, Becky also supports several employee-owner led committees that not only challenge the employee-owners to better themselves personally, but they also give everyone at Ramaker a chance to have fun and give back to the community. Becky’s hard work and dedication to the team helps create a rewarding employee experience which continues to make Ramaker a great place to work.

Paul is responsible for developing relationships with clients and accountable for project delivery in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. Paul is an experienced executive in the telecommunications industry. He moved from New York to Colorado in 2014 to begin the first expansion out West for his previous company. Paul has spent more than thirteen years in wireless building a brand in technical services. He expanded service offerings by his business development efforts, two post-acquisition integrations, regional expansions, and assembling high performing teams.

Jeff has 25 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, and in his current role, is in charge of Ramaker’s Structural and MEP Service Groups. He is proficient at managing large-scale, multi-discipline developments and clients have come to rely on his proven analytical skills and vast engineering experience. Jeff is adept at working with clients and technical teams providing advice and solutions to unique project issues.

In his current role, Tom is responsible for developing relationships with clients and executing projects in the Northeast region of the United States. He is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with over 25 years of expertise in A/E Design, Construction Management, and Site Acquisition. He is known for a proactive approach to addressing issues that may interfere with efficient and timely implementations of a client’s schedule. Tom has developed customized design solutions and directed the implementation of thousands of innovative projects for major clients.

Curtis has worked with both clients and Ramaker employees to meet their technology demands for over 14 years. With experience in network design, software development, and cloud architecture, Curtis has worked in a variety of roles in both our Technology and GIS Groups. He started as an Information System Specialist, progressed to Network Administrator/Lead Developer, and ultimately landed his role as Technology Leader.

 As Technology Leader, Curtis relies on his experience and education to develop and coordinate a forward thinking, cloud-first strategy that promotes collaboration, efficiency, and secure access for our employee-owners and clients.

As our Senior Accountant, Dylan brings 8 years of accounting experience in private and public accounting including auditing and tax. Dylan manages the accounting department and has a customer-focused mindset with our internal project managers and external clients.

Daryl’s specialty lies in managing large-scale, multi-discipline developments. With nearly 30 years experience, our clients trust his guidance and knowledge. He has also served as a City Engineer and has worked with many municipal, commercial, and residential developers on civil and aquatic projects.

His areas of expertise include plan development and calculation review, conceptual planning, regulatory review and permitting, project management, construction engineering, construction inspection, contract administration and quality control.

James oversees the telecommunications department and has been in the telecommunications industry with Ramaker for 20 years. He started as a project designer, evolved into a project manager and ultimately advanced to team leader. He has personally worked on thousands of telecommunications sites all over the country.

James leads a team of project managers, engineers, designers, and field staff. The team aids clients in the engineering and implementation of their build-out processes nationwide. James’ knowledge and experience in the industry make him a vital team leader.

As our Environmental Service Group Leader, Lauren brings over 16 years environmental experience, and specific professional experience in Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for Brownfields redevelopment and real estate transaction due diligence. She is an experienced and successful grant proposal writer and funding administrator. Lauren brings an upbeat and refreshing outlook to the environmental team, while ensuring effective open communication with clients, partners, staff, and agency representatives to meet technical and budgetary project objectives.

Brandon has a long and varied history with Ramaker.  Although his background is in technology and  geographic information systems (GIS), Brandon has been involved in a variety of areas at Ramaker, ranging from information technology to human resources to marketing.

He has been instrumental in the development of CIMS, a GIS-based cemetery application that has been implemented at more than 1,000 cemeteries in the United States and internationally. Brandon and his team work directly with clients to continually add features to the software and respond to CIMS clients’ suggestions.

Michael has been with Ramaker for nearly 20 years, beginning as a geotechnical engineer, led the telecommunications team for over 10 years, served as Chief Operating Office for four years, and then was named President and CEO. He helped advance Ramaker to become a nationwide partner in the telecommunications industry. He’s personally been involved in projects for thousands of telecommunications sites.

Today, he is responsible for oversight of company operations and managing service group leaders. He has a major role in the strategic direction and vision for the company, and helps implement the company’s strategic mission in daily operations.

As Ramaker’s Vice President and CFO, Jean is responsible for directing the financial management of the company, including strategic planning, financial analysis and modeling, budgeting, and business process improvement. Jean has been providing financial expertise with Ramaker for over 10 years. She has over 25 years’ experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, along with extensive experience implementing and maintaining ERP systems.

Jamie has more than 35 years of experience in the engineering and architecture industries. He’s served in a leadership role at Ramaker for over 15 years. As President and CEO, he has provided design and construction engineering expertise as well as strategic direction for all aspects of the company. A major accomplishment in his tenure was transitioning Ramaker from private ownership to a 100% employee-owned firm. Jamie’s vision, experience, and oversight continue to serve our clients and staff well.
