We are a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) firm. Our employees are dedicated to providing the best experience for clients and strive to go above-and-beyond what is expected. With our current workforce of experienced architectural and engineering staff, Ramaker is positioned to take client satisfaction to a new level.

Ramaker & Associates is founded at the home of Terry and Sandy Ramaker 1992 DRAG ME RAMAKER IS FOUNDED RAMAKER IS FOUNDED First Geotech Report 1993 DRAG ME Business expansion – now providing land surveying, civil and environmental engineering Office expansion, move to Water Street location First Phase One Environmental Assessment 1994 DRAG ME ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS 1st Telecom Site Designed 1st small scale indoor waterpark project (Polynesian) 1995 DRAG ME BEGIN AQUATICS SERVICES 1996 DRAG ME SERVICES EXPAND 1st Structural Analysis on a Cell Tower Company grows; moves to Dallas Street location; 20 employees 1997 DRAG ME COMPANY EXPANDS 1st Cemetery Mapping and Software Implementation Project 1998 DRAG ME 1st large scale indoor waterpark project (Wilderness) SERVICES EXPAND Added 3D photo simulation services 2002 DRAG ME SERVICES EXPAND Company grows again; Dallas Street office expansion; over 50 employees 2005 DRAG ME COMPANY EXPANDS Employees purchase Ramaker and become an ESOP 2007 DRAG ME BECOME ESOP Acquired Cities Edge Architects, bringing Architectural design services in-house 2010 DRAG ME SERVICES EXPAND 5000th Phase 1 Environmental Assessment Completed 2012 DRAG ME ENVIRONMENTAL MILESTONE Over 90 employees, Completed 2000th Geotech Report 2014 DRAG ME GEOTECHNICAL MILESTONE Moved to new office on Community Drive (our own building) 2015 DRAG ME NEW BUILDING Complete the design of one of the largest and most complex waterparks in the world (EPIC) 2016 DRAG ME AQUATICS MILESTONE Celebrated 25th Anniversary 2017 DRAG ME ANNIVERSARY 1000th Cemetery Software Implementation 2018 DRAG ME CIMS MILESTONE Company grows again; over 115 employees 2019 DRAG ME COMPANY EXPANDS 40,000 Telecom Sites Designed Opened Madison Office 2021 DRAG ME NEW BUILDING Medusa's Slidewheel, the first rotating water slide in the United States, opens. 2022 DRAG ME Ramaker named a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal. Ramaker named a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal for the second year in a row. 2023 DRAG ME COMPANY MILESTONE The Rise of Icarus, America's tallest waterslide, opens. 2024 DRAG ME Ramaker named a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal for the third year.
