Ramaker Moves Headquarters to Madison, WI

MADISON, WI — After more than 20 years in Sauk City, Ramaker and Associates, Inc., is excited to announce the relocation of its headquarters to Madison, Wisconsin, effective August 1^st, 2025. This strategic move positions the employee-owned architecture and engineering firm to better serve its clients across south-central Wisconsin and beyond.

Located at 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, Ramaker’s new headquarters is situated in the vibrant Schenk-Atwood neighborhood on the east side of Madison. This more centralized location offers closer proximity to key clients, project sites, and industry partners, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver responsive, collaborative service throughout the region.

Ramaker’s Madison office, which opened in 2021, now serves as the firm’s primary hub, supporting a team of over 90 professionals working across 12 states. With deep roots in Wisconsin and a growing national presence, the firm continues to lead projects in markets including aquatics and recreation, cemeteries, commercial and workplace, EV charging and renewables, government and community, hospitality, multifamily housing, restaurants and retail, and telecommunications.

While Ramaker’s headquarters has moved, the company’s legacy in Sauk City continues. The original office building at 855 Community Drive is being repurposed to support local needs; Sauk Prairie Healthcare will soon occupy a portion of the building, and HQ will continue operating the front as a coworking and office rental space. A few Ramaker employees will also remain onsite, maintaining a continued presence in the area.
