2025 Ramaker Recap
It’s been an exciting year here at Ramaker! From relocating our headquarters to Madison to strengthening our company culture, this year has been a testament to Ramaker’s commitment to innovation and collaboration. We’re proud of the milestones we’ve achieved and grateful for the people—clients, partners, and employee‑owners—who made them possible.
Ramaker Moves Headquarters to Madison, WI
After more than 20 years in Sauk City, Ramaker has relocated its headquarters to Madison, Wisconsin. This strategic move positions us to better serve our clients across south-central Wisconsin and beyond.
Located at 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, our new headquarters is situated in the vibrant Schenk-Atwood neighborhood on the east side of Madison. This more centralized location offers closer proximity to key clients, project sites, and industry partners, enhancing our ability to deliver responsive, collaborative service throughout the region.
Culture and Community
As an employee-owned company, we understand the value of investing in the well-being of our employees. It’s even embedded into our mission statement: enhancing the lives of clients and employee-owners. Our committees worked hard to create opportunities for us to get together to socialize and support our local community.
Ramaker’s Wellness Committee provided ample opportunities to learn about health-related topics, like nutrition, exercise, and preventative care. They ran two firmwide challenges this year: a team mileage challenge in May and an individual exercise challenge in August, in addition to coordinating participation in recreational sports. As part of the mileage challenge, Ramaker staff participated in the Good Neighbor Ride on the Great Sauk State Trail that honors the legacy of a local physician. Those who didn’t want to bike gathered to take a group walk during the ride to show additional support for the event.
Our Activities Committee made sure it wasn’t all work and no play at Ramaker, planning both virtual and in-person events, culminating in the annual Holiday Party. Our employee-owners gathered at the Dorf Haus in Roxbury for a night of food and fun, including dueling pianos and dancing!
October is ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Month, and Ramaker’s ESOP Committee kept us busy with events all month long! In addition to an in-office day of collaboration and education, they planned a month-long celebration that included a food and clothing drive, a trivia contest, a scavenger hunt, a pumpkin carving contest, and a scarecrow building contest.
We also honored our commitment to the communities where our employee-owners live and work through our annual 12 Days of Giving campaign. Ramaker’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee coordinated donations to organizations that support local children and families.
2025 by the Numbers
We’ve been busy this year. In the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, projects take time to develop, and often projects designed one year will be constructed the next. To help visualize the scale of work our team completed this year, we’ve compiled some statistics from each of our market areas into a video:
Looking Forward to 2026
Many of the projects we designed in 2025 will break ground in 2026, allowing us to see our ideas come to life in communities across the country. From aquatics facilities that promote wellness and recreation, to renewable energy projects that support a more sustainable future, to multifamily developments that provide much-needed housing, our work will continue to make a tangible impact.
We’re also looking forward to deepening our partnerships with clients and industry collaborators. With our new Madison headquarters, we’ll be better positioned to strengthen relationships with our clients and deliver responsive service. Internally, our committees will continue building on the momentum of 2025, expanding wellness initiatives, planning engaging activities, and finding new ways to give back to the communities where we live and work.
2025 was a year of transition and triumph, setting the stage for an even brighter future. As we look ahead, we remain committed to our mission of delivering exceptional design and engineering services while fostering a culture of ownership and community. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey this year—we can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together in 2026!

The Hyatt House in Fort Myers, FL, is just one of the projects we’re continuing in 2026.
