Lakeland Union High School (LUHS) achieved its sustainability and renewable energy goals with a roof-mounted solar PV system that now offsets 20% of the school’s energy needs with renewable sources. The solar PV system serves as part of the school’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) curriculum and is the largest solar system on any Wisconsin school.
