Indoorance Therapy Pools

Indoorance Athletic Club wanted to create a space dedicated to purposeful training and fitness centered around two Commercial Dual-Propulsion Fitness Pools from Endless Pools. Ramaker worked closely with Indoorance, Endless Pools, the contractor, and the project architect to bring a unique, above-ground aquatic experience to life.

Ramaker first completed a facility evaluation for pool installation as part of an existing building renovation. The challenge was fitting into the limited space available for these unique training pools. This early-stage assessment allowed the team to explore layout feasibility, resolve code issues, and establish a clear plan for the next phase of design.

Following resolution of initial design considerations, Ramaker led the development of comprehensive pool construction documents, including the pool area layout, elevated deck system with ADA access, and water treatment equipment. The aquatic design is fully integrated with the building’s architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing systems thanks to close collaboration with the rest of the project team.

This fitness club provides its members with coaching, training, strength, and endurance opportunities with the in-basin water propulsion system and underwater treadmills.
