This mixed-use development in Owatonna, Minnesota, marks the second phase of Redline Development Group’s riverfront revitalization. Designed as a sister building to the Ascend project completed in 2024, the five-story structure features lower-level parking and retail, first-floor office space, and 41 luxury residential units with river views on levels two through five. Residents and visitors enjoy premium amenities including a rooftop patio, fitness center, and heated parking. A bike path along the North Straight River Parkway will run adjacent to the building, enhancing connectivity and complementing the vibrant riverside retail space and neighboring brewery.
