A Commercial Dual-Propulsion Therapy Pools from Endless Pools
Optimal Physical Therapy
Lake Mills, WI
Optimal Physical Therapy wanted to incorporate a Commercial Dual Propulsion Endless Pool into its new facility in Lake Mills, WI.
Ramaker’s role centered on delivering complete aquatic engineering services that seamlessly integrated the pool into the new facility. The team began by coordinating closely with Endless Pools and the Architect to confirm the basin model, placement, and spatial requirements. Using architectural CAD backgrounds, Ramaker developed a comprehensive pool area plan that detailed the elevated pool deck, equipment room layout, accessibility considerations, and State of Wisconsin code requirements.
From water treatment calculations to piping design, Ramaker ensured the system met both performance expectations and state regulatory standards. The team also provided the project with clear documentation outlining related electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation needs—supporting coordination with the broader design team.
Because the pool is intended for therapeutic use, Ramaker worked with the Owner and Endless Pools to confirm compliance with specialized state requirements, including ADA access, safety features, and therapist supervision documentation. The final construction plans were submitted for review by the project team and the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, sealed by a licensed professional engineer.
Through collaborative design coordination and detailed aquatic engineering, Ramaker helped Optimal Physical Therapy integrate a sophisticated aquatic amenity that will support high‑quality therapeutic services for years to come.
