The project included expansion and rehabilitation of the existing burial grounds and the associated roads, parking and accessory structures. Plans and construction documents also include a 1600-niche columbarium. The rehabilitation portion consists of correcting storm drainage issues as well as increasing the capacity issues of the existing storm water detention pond.
