The project consists of the construction of a new aquatic center for the Magnolia Green Country Club. The aquatic center includes an 8-lane, 25 yard lap pool; wading pool with multi-level play structure; activity pool with two waterslides, a water play area, and sun shelf; and a lounging pool with sun shelves, bench seating and shade structures.
