Homewood Suites by Hilton

Ramaker provided architecture and engineering design services for the remodel of the Homewood Suites in New Brighton, MN. As part of the “Take Flight” initiative, Hilton required its Homewood Suites franchises to make updates to fit new guidelines.

In New Brighton, the improvements included a remodeled lobby area with retail space, a new office area, minor updates to the pantry area, and a new patio and outdoor kitchen space with an expanded seating area.
