Built in 1906, this former bank building has been reimagined into a dual-brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton.  Ramaker partnered with Hawkeye Hotels and JR Hospitality to modernize this historic building into a welcoming hotel. The project included extensive renovations to the existing building and an 8-story addition.

Ramaker provided architectural design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and civil engineering services for the dual-brand hotel, which opened in August 2022.
