Ramaker Enters 2022 With Momentum

Ramaker accepts the Leading Edge Award at the 2021 WWA Conference and Trade Show

Like many companies across the globe, Ramaker approached 2021 with a sense of uncertainty and a fair amount of videoconferencing fatigue. But over the course of the year, we regained some of the small pleasures that were commonplace before the pandemic.

We met with coworkers face-to-face again and even gathered—safely—for a company picnic at our Sauk City, Wisconsin, headquarters.

We returned to conferences and trade shows (and accepted a Leading Edge Award at one!).

And, most importantly, we did good work for our partners and fellow employee-owners.

As we enter 2022, Ramaker’s team is ready to capitalize on the momentum we created last year. But before we can figure out where we’re going, we have to assess where we’re at. In this post, we’ll share some highlights from 2021 and preview some of the things we’re looking forward to this year.

Surveying competition pools. Engineering small cell installations. Launching a new cemetery mapping software product.

In 2021, the Ramaker team invited new challenges and honed their expertise in the aquatics and recreation, cemetery, commercial development, hospitality, multifamily development, renewable energy, restaurant and retail, and telecommunications industries, solidifying the firm’s position as a one-stop shop for architecture and engineering projects of all scopes and sizes.

Ramaker also demonstrated its commitment to the communities where the firm’s employee-owners live and work. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee announced Ramaker’s 12 Days of Giving, which was introduced in 2020, will become an annual event. Throughout December, Ramaker donated to food pantries and community outreach organizations that support local families.
