Three New Vice-Presidents Named at Ramaker & Associates, Inc.

Three new vice presidents have been named at Ramaker & Associates, Inc., a multi-discipline engineering firm in Sauk City, Wisconsin. These promotions allow the company to position itself for further growth both in current and new market areas as a new ESOP company.

Brandon Finley, who has been with the company for nine years, manages the growing technology services team. His expertise in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and software development provides Ramaker & Associates’ clients with efficient technology solutions. His experience includes GPS (Global Positioning Systems), development and implementation of customized software applications, and implementation of computer systems. Brandon also leads the development of CIMS (Cemetery Information Management System) software, a mapping application designed for cemetery managers.

Michael Pinske, P.E., has been with the company for seven years, and in addition to being Vice President, he is also the Director of Engineering Services. He is responsible for oversight of the telecommunications, surveying, and civil engineering departments. Under his guidance, his staff has been recognized by the industry for producing high quality and cost-effective products. Some of his work experience includes geotechnical investigations, telecommunication tower site development, management of land surveying projects, and landfill construction project oversight.

Andrew Rice has been with the company for 12 years and he focuses a significant portion of his time on marketing the company and maintaining client satisfaction. Andy is also the Director of Environmental Services. In this role, he is in charge of the dedicated team of environmental staff. His prior experience in performing and coordinating environmental services afford the environmental department with expert QA/QC review. Andy’s project management experience also includes multiple-site new launches for wireless telecommunication clients.
